Is it possible to book the chauffeur service at short notice?

Yes, we also accept bookings at short notice, provided vehicles are available. For optimal planning, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. In urgent cases, please contact us directly – we will do our best to fulfill your request.

Which vehicle categories does Primelux offer?

We offer four premium categories: Business Class (BMW 5 Series, Mercedes E-Class), Business Van (Mercedes V-Class), First Class (BMW 7 Series, Mercedes S-Class) and Business Sprinter (Mercedes Sprinter). Each vehicle is regularly serviced and meets the highest quality standards.

What payment options are offered?

We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and bank transfers. We also offer corporate clients monthly invoicing. Payment can be made directly to the chauffeur or in advance by invoice.

How qualified are Primelux chauffeurs?

All our chauffeurs have many years of professional experience, excellent local and route knowledge and a high degree of discretion and professionalism. They receive regular training and attach great importance to punctuality, safety and first-class service.

Is there an airport transfer service?

Yes, airport transfers are one of our core services. We pick you up on time and take you safely to all major airports in the region. Your chauffeur monitors your flight status and automatically adjusts the pick-up time in the event of delays – for a stress-free transfer.

What is included in the service price?

The price includes: professional chauffeur, all travel costs (fuel, tolls, parking fees), free Wi-Fi, chilled drinks, daily newspapers and VAT. Additional waiting times will be charged by arrangement.
